Photography is more than just capturing moments—it’s about preserving connections, emotions, and legacies. Through my work, I help families in the Boulder and Denver area document the love and joy they share, creating timeless images they can cherish for generations.

Beyond providing families with beautiful photos, I also strive to make a meaningful impact by fostering confidence and comfort in front of the camera. Many people feel awkward or self-conscious, and I take pride in creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience that allows their true personalities to shine. Read More>>

The Peak Improv Theater is a space where artists are provided with opportunities to make new and beautiful comedic performance art. In addition to live comedy shows, our theater hosts numerous improv, stand-up, and sketch writing classes. We are extremely passionate about comedy education. Improv is a skill that has helped us and everyone we know personally to overcome challenges in their lives. We and our students have found that taking improv classes taught us to be more kind, made us better listeners and communicators, helped us be more adaptable, and gave us more confidence.  Read More>>

I believe, and hope that my services allow women the opportunity to find themselves (physically, and emotionally) after birth and through the motherhood transition in a slower fashion which many not be acceptable to the rest of society. I give them permission to re connect to themselves and listen to what their body needs. I provide a safe space for this process and remind them slow is fast. We move, we rehab, we breath, and we reconnect. Sadly, social media displays unrealistic expectations for women in the Postpartum period to return to looking how they did before having a baby and often times looking better. It’s not always about looking better but FEELING better. I’ve always wanted to change and relinquish those silent pressures women feel.
